Shadow Dungeon Paragon Talent Tree: Level 100 Cap Explained

What Paragon Is

From the official 1.0 release notes: “In the full release, the maximum player level will be 100. After reaching the level cap, players unlock Paragon Levels and the Paragon Talent Tree, allowing them to further enhance their attributes.”

So the loop is: finish the 160-level campaign (which lands you at ~99-100 by design), cap at 100, then keep earning Paragon levels to spend in the Paragon tree.

Paragon Is Not a Class

Worth stating plainly because early fan wikis list “Paragon” alongside the classes: the Steam description confirms 4 classes (Sorcerer, Holy Warrior, Archer, Necromancer) with 12 talent trees. Paragon is the account’s thirteenth tree in spirit — a post-cap attribute system layered on whichever class you play. See classes.

How Paragon Fits Endgame

Paragon’s attribute scaling is one of three parallel endgame tracks:

  1. Paragon levels — steady attribute growth from any XP source.
  2. Greater Rifts — the rune and enhancement-stone economy (370 talent runes, 6,800 equipment-skill runes, 60 attribute runes are all rift-exclusive).
  3. Set completion — 15 sets per class with skill-altering affixes (items).

Attribute Runes (the 60-item rift family) and the Paragon tree both push attributes — they stack rather than compete, which is why rift farming naturally fills Paragon at the same time.

What We Don’t Know Yet

OO Cat hasn’t published the Paragon tree’s node list, point rates or caps. As with our boss coverage, we don’t invent numbers — this page tracks the official record and will grow with patch notes, logged in the homepage update feed.
